Tiny Tigers (Ages 4-5) – Building Strong Foundations
Goal: Develop basic coordination, listening skills, and confidence through fun, structured activities.
What to Expect:
At this stage, we don’t expect Tiny Tigers to develop advanced martial arts techniques—their muscles are still growing, and their coordination is developing.
Instead, we focus on:
✅ Mobility & Coordination – Running, jumping, and balancing drills to build agility.
✅ Following Simple Instructions – Learning to listen, stay focused, and take direction from instructors.
✅ Basic Taekwondo Movements – Introducing simple kicks, blocks, and stances in a fun way.
✅ Confidence & Respect – Practicing "Yes, sir!" and "Yes, ma’am!" to reinforce discipline and respect.
✅ Fun & Social Skills – Learning through play-based activities to build teamwork and friendships.🔹 Expectation for Parents: Tiny Tigers won't look like professional martial artists, but they’ll develop strong foundational skills that prepare them for future training!
-
Juniors (Ages 6-12) – Strengthening Skills & Character
Goal: Build discipline, confidence, and foundational Taekwondo techniques for self-defense and personal growth.
What to Expect:
At this stage, children begin to develop stronger muscles and better coordination, allowing for more structured martial arts training.
We focus on:
✅ Fundamental Taekwondo Techniques – Kicking, blocking, and striking with proper form.
✅ Discipline & Focus – Learning to respect instructors, follow multi-step instructions, and develop self-control.
✅ Strength & Flexibility – Bodyweight exercises to build strength safely without overexertion.
✅ Self-Defense Awareness – Understanding how to avoid conflicts and use martial arts responsibly.
✅ Sparring (Optional & Controlled) – Introduction to safe, light-contact sparring with full protective gear to build confidence.
✅ Goal Setting & Belt Advancement – Learning perseverance by working toward their next belt.🔹 Expectation for Parents: Juniors won’t become black belts overnight, but with consistent practice, they’ll develop confidence, focus, and essential self-defense skills over time.
-
Teens (Ages 13-17) – Strength, Strategy, and Confidence
Goal: Develop physical fitness, self-defense skills, and leadership through advanced Taekwondo training.
What to Expect:
Teens start refining their skills while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance.
We focus on:
✅ Advanced Taekwondo Techniques – More precise kicks, strikes, and defensive maneuvers.
✅ Fitness & Conditioning – Strength training, agility drills, and flexibility work to improve performance.
✅ Self-Defense & Sparring – Learning how to react under pressure and defend themselves safely.
✅ Confidence & Leadership – Teaching teens how to lead, mentor younger students, and build life skills.

Goal: Improve physical fitness, learn practical self-defense, and reduce stress through Taekwondo training.
